iCreatives

It's former name (TempArt Staffing) pretty much summed up its business: providing graphic designers and copywriters to ad agencies, design firms, and companies with internal marketing departments. iCreatives also offers Web design and programming – even Mac repair. Besides the Miami-Palm Beach office, iCreatives has four others in the United States, another in Brazil, and a new one in Toronto.

Warning for new designers in the field!!! This company may act like they have freelance for you but the truth is they won't give you freelance opportunities unless you have been working in the field for 3 years. So unless you want an absolutely entry-level full time job when you are starting out, I would suggest you try going directly through the companies. They also take a chunk of your paycheck.

These people have called offering me work more times than I can count... but I never got any!! They wasted a lot of my time... try Creative Group, if you have experience, they'll get you work.

You may have it all wrong. Icreatives placed me the week I signed up, and after 3 months placed me in my dream job. They are very picky, they tested me and did a full portfolio review. Perhaps the person above works for Creative Group and is trying to "dis" the only company that actually gets it.

I creatives is a joke. Their recruiters, if you can call them that, know nothing about the industry. My experience with this company, like everyone else’s apparently, was a complete waste of time. They had me meet them in a hotel to interview. Are you kidding me? A hotel room for an interview and it got worse from there.
After two hours taking a ridiculous test on an antiquated laptop I asked the recruiter a simple question just to see if she knew anything about what she was testing me on and my suspicion was confirmed… she did not. When you apply to one of their anonymous ads and they call you… do yourself a favor and avoid these people like the plague.
